Pietramala Restaurant

For Pietramala's pop-up tasting menu at OPS Brooklyn, the design approach celebrates locally and sustainably sourced ingredients. Each inventive dish, highlighting bold and unique flavor profiles, was visually represented through hand-drawn charcoal illustrations on paper, which were later scanned and digitally integrated with text. The design featured a vibrant, appetizing color palette that complemented the artisanal feel of the illustrations, creating a cohesive and engaging visual experience that reflected the culinary artistry of the menu.
