MongoDB Love Your Developers


MongoDB was built for developers, by developers, empowering innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data. The MongoDB Brand Design team in collaboration with the MongoDB Brand Marketing team built a robust visual design system to tell an aspirational, benefit-led story about what our technology enables. Our primary goal was to lift brand awareness and perception with IT Decision Makers and Developers and create a pathway for our audiences to learn more about our developer data platform story and product features in an authentic way.

The result: The campaign delivered over 562M impressions across paid channels between June–Nov. Content maintained 96% positive social sentiment vs. 83% benchmark. Organic Social Media garnered +609% increase in engagements, +518% increase in engagement rate, and +2,429% increase in post link clicks on #LoveYourDevelopers content compared to the previous quarter.
