Hi! I’m Marcea. 👋


I’m an artist, graphic designer, silversmith, and teacher who brings ideas to life through curiosity, collaboration, and craft. Over the past decade, I’ve led creative teams across design, illustration, and animation, mentored emerging designers, and honed my craft in brand, identity, and visual storytelling.

Currently, I’m freelancing (feel free to get in touch e-mail)! Previously, I was Brand Design Lead at MongoDB, shaping how the brand looks, feels, and connects across global markets with a multidisciplinary team. And before that, I developed course content and taught as Lead Teacher at Shillington School of Design (US/UK) and at The New School, guiding students to think critically and design inclusively. My career has also included past freelance work in arts, culture, and non-profit sectors.

I’m always making, and I love exploring how creativity moves across mediums to inspire new ideas and approaches.
